Box 4052, Cleveland, TN. 37320-4052 423-479-4408 800-813-8760 Fax 423-479-9006 Assembly Instructions -- Cool Guard® - Standard Model Material Provided: Two ½”diameter zinc plated anchor bolts with drop in anchors; one anchor set tool per order in specially marked box; one package of aluminum or stainless steel pop rivets (smaller size for sides & air baffles, larger size for top); 4 metal angle air baffles, for round units there are 4 triangle gussets provided, 4 galvanized or painted perforated side panels, & one galvanized or painted perforated top panel. Equipment Needed: One (2 preferred) industrial pop rivet gun, hammer, small Phillips screwdriver or nail for aligning holes, tape measure, electric drill, and 11/16” concrete drill bit. Eleven easy steps to assemblying the Cool Guard®. Simple as pop-riveting sides, baffles, & top together. Takes from 30-45 min. depending on type of Cool Guard |
